Parking and Tag Requests
Instructions
Purpose of form is to identify vehicles that will be parked in San Simeon complex and accordingly assign parking hang tags. Each vehicle registered will receive a parking hang tag and each unit will receive a visitor parking hang tag.
- Renters’ Names are only applicable if you have permanent renters (or long term guests). Owner should key in vehicle information from Renter.
- Parking Slot Number is the covered parking slot that been permanently assigned to your condo unit (1 per unit).
- Garage number is only applicable if you own a garage.
- Vehicle information is gathered such that we can tie Owners to vehicles for a variety of purposes.
- If you do not have a car or generally have rental vehicles you do not have to fill in vehicle information, but will still receive parking hang tags.
- If you do not have a second vehicle leave these fields blank.
- Phone numbers and Emails are requested such that we can complete the information we have in the San Simeon master database.
- Comments may be submitted to identify special circumstances (e.g. a third vehicle; a covered car, etc.)
UPON SUBMISSION OF FORM, VEHICLE TAGS AND VISITOR TAGS WILL BE ASSIGNED.
TAGS CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE ON SITE OFFICE BY THE OWNER OR PROXY (E.G. RENTER).
