When taking out your trash, you must place your trash bags inside the dumpster. Placing trash bags next to the trash bins is dirty, and not being a good neighbor.  There is no reason to leave your trash anywhere except in one of the dumpsters provided throughout the community.  If you have trouble lifting the lid, here are a few things you can do: Try the lift arm maintenance attached to each dumpster, this makes lifting the trash bin easier. The Board of Directors has scheduled meeting each month.  Open Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 4:00pm.  Executive Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 4:00 pm.  Make sure to mark these on your calendar.  All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
