AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

After 5:00pm Mondays thru Thursday
And After 4:00pm Fridays please contact APM’s office

Please provide the following information when leaving a message for the on-call manager:

  • Your name
  • Association name
  • Unit number
  • Contact phone number
  • Description of the emergency

All voicemails left on the emergency phone will be responded to within 30 minutes.  Any non-emergency calls will be returned within 24 business hours (i.e., billing questions, violations)

Please note the afterhours phone is not monitored during business hours and messages will not be returned until after 5:00pm.

Emergencies Include:

  • Fire
  • Storm damage – broken trees or tree limbs that are blocking the streets or buildings.
  • Damages to structures
  • Stinging insects (such as bees and wasps that have formed a hive)
  • Roof leaks – Roof leaks reported while it is raining will be assigned to the contractor.
  • No work will be performed while it is raining.
  • Pool equipment failure
  • Nonoperational gates (pool, clubhouse, gym)
  • Injuries in common areas
  • Flooding – Irrigation that has been running for more than 30 minutes. Main line leaks in common areas or pool areas
